The execution project is in the phase of requesting the building permit in urban planning. Therefore, without being able to affirm with total certainty the date of obtaining the license to begin the actual execution, we estimate between 8 and 10 months, plus 4 months of construction, we would be talking about an estimated delivery and completion date in May 2025.

To opt for the purchase of this loft, the investor is proposed the following form of payment:
- 30% of the PVP at the initial moment (signing of the escrow agreement).
- 30% of the PVP at the start of construction.
- 40% of the remaining PVP at the moment of delivery of the dwelling.

The dwelling is delivered with a kitchen furnished with appliances. The rest of the furniture included in the attached plan is not included in the price and could be offered in an independent budget. The meters are approximate as they are in the project phase and may undergo modifications.

There is the possibility of a "turnkey delivery," which consists in the possibility of delivering to the investor the furnished, rented homes (with "Alquiler Seguro" insurance) and with a return of approximately 7.10%.

The buyer will have an additional cost of €3,600 plus taxes, for the management service, advice, and formalization of the purchase process, plus 10% VAT.
