I want to note that a price increase for these apartments is expected soon, as prices rise once a certain percentage of sales is reached, and in this case, the sales speed has exceeded even the most optimistic expectations! Our recommendation is, of course, to pay attention to the highest floors when selecting an apartment for investment (especially since the price increases are not significant per floor, but the highest floors will ultimately be the most in demand!), and if we forget about the Intempo building, which has 47 floors, since this structure is located behind this tower, it does not influence the choice of apartment height in any way.
