Our recommendation is, of course, to pay attention to the highest floors when choosing an apartment for investment (especially since the price increase per floor is not significant, while the higher floors will ultimately be in the highest demand!), and if we disregard the Intempo building, which consists of 47 floors, since it is located behind this tower, it does not affect the choice of apartment height.
