Our recommendation is, of course, to pay attention to the higher floors when choosing an apartment for investment (especially since the price increase per floor is not significant, but the higher floors will ultimately be the most in demand!), and if we forget about the Intempo building, which consists of 47 floors, it is located behind this tower and does not affect the choice of apartment height.
