This fantastic cave house is located on the outskirts of the town of La Romana and just 35 minutes from the airport and beaches.
From the outside of the plot, we access two completely enclosed parking spaces with motorised doors. We enter the plot through a sliding entrance door and once inside we can see the beauty of the place, a large brick gazebo, as well as a wooden gazebo with a polycarbonate roof to completely protect the material from the rain.
The plot is divided into three levels, with the lower area divided into a cave area and gazebos, the middle area where we find a built-in jacuzzi, and the upper area with independent access from the road for better access to the land for cultivation. From this last area, we have a terrace which is accessed from the upper floor of the house.
We enter the property through a simple door, which gives us access to a charming living area with a pellet stove.
