Opportunity for investors. A remate (auction) assignment is nothing more than a property that has not been sold at a judicial auction and is now being marketed before it is registered in the name of the auction claimant. The property is transferred free of mortgage charges.

All costs of the public sale and those arising from cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if applicable, burden the property, such as, and not exhaustively, community fees and property tax (IBI), will be borne by the successful bidder. The law requires the successful bidder to update the community and IBI for the last 4 years if there is debt.

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. Said property cannot be visited nor can it be mortgaged for its purchase, so the buyer must have sufficient liquidity for its purchase. The property has been acquired through a judicial procedure (insolvency or mortgage) by the seller, who has not yet taken possession of it. The buyer will be responsible for the procedures entailed in obtaining possession of the property.

The purchase of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively through remate assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it currently sits, with no possibility of direct sale.
