A remate assignment is nothing more than a property that has not been sold at a judicial auction and is now being marketed before being registered in the name of the auction claimant. The property is transferred free of mortgage charges.
All costs of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if applicable, burden the property, such as, and not by way of limitation, community fees and property tax (IBI), will be borne by the beneficiary.
