A remate (auction) assignment is nothing more than a property that has not been sold at a judicial auction and that is now being marketed before being registered in the name of the auction deputy. The property is transferred free of mortgage charges.
All expenses of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and debts that, if any, encumber the property, such as, and not limited to, community costs and property tax (IBI), will be borne by the successful bidder. (The law requires the successful bidder to bring up to date the community and IBI for the last 4 years if there is any debt)

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. Said property cannot be visited nor can it be mortgaged for purchase, so the buyer must have sufficient liquidity for the purchase. The property has been acquired through a judicial procedure (insolvency or mortgage) by the seller, who has not yet taken possession of it. The buyer will bear the procedures involved in obtaining possession of the property.

The acquisition of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively by auction assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it currently resides, with no possibility of direct sale.
