It has 140 organic certified almond trees in full production, irrigated by drip with automatic start and stop, and other fruit trees: cherry trees, olive trees, seals, plum trees, apricot trees, fig trees.
On the farm, there is a stone building of 64 m² usable (new construction) distributed over two floors, (attic on the upper floor).
1- Ground floor: living-dining room with open kitchen and wood stove with almond shell, full bathroom. Windows (double closure), with the most modern thermal and acoustic insulation systems, double glazing and armored glass.
2- Floor: 2 bedrooms, the main one with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe.
The building is completely insulated, plus a layer of polyurethane on the walls.
Next to the house, there is a restored stone cabin of approximately 25 m² with a fireplace and wooden and heather ceiling. Next to this cabin and under the building, there is a hundred-year-old circular stone threshing floor very suitable as a terrace for family events, where a Moorish oven from a pottery in Zamora has been installed. Below the threshing floor, a jacuzzi has been installed.
The farm has 3 sources of hydraulic resources:
- Rainwater is collected in an oval pond built at the lower part of the farm, capacity: 400,000 liters.
- Vertical well with water for sanitary use, production capacity: 2,800-3,000 liters daily (pumping by diesel engine with automatic start and stop).
- Spring: from which water currently flows, with a flow that varies according to the rainfall.
Independent photovoltaic energy supplied by 12 panels with lithium batteries that provide 3,500 W of power with support from a diesel engine if necessary.

It has a certified and authorized black water treatment plant by the Ministry of Environment.

All facilities, constructions, and other equipment are documented and authorized by the various administrations.

The house has internet access and wifi through an antenna on the roof as well as a video surveillance system with several cameras.
