An assignment of remate is nothing more than a property that has not been sold at a judicial auction and is now being marketed before being registered in the name of the auction claimant. The property is transferred free of mortgage charges.

The law requires the winner to bring up to date the community and IBI for the last 4 years in case there is debt.
