(B) House for guests: Optional or garage.
The price of these projects includes:
- Project architect, assistance and technical licenses and building permits.
- Plot of land are minimum of 10,000 m2 but can be more depending on the area. Clients can have 2% of the footprint over 3 floors as a maximum, normally 2.
- Connection of electricity and water on the property.
