What is a remate assignment? The acquisition of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively through a remate assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it is currently, with no possibility of direct sale.

All costs of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if any, burden the property, such as, and not exhaustively, community fees and IBI, will be borne by the adjudicatario. (The law requires the adjudicatario to update the community and IBI for the last 4 years if there is debt)

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. Said property cannot be visited nor can it be mortgaged for its purchase, so liquidity sufficient for its purchase must be available.
