All costs of the public sale and those derived from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if applicable, encumber the estate, such as, and not exhaustively, community fees and property tax (IBI), will be borne by the successful bidder. The law requires the successful bidder to bring up to date the community fee and IBI for the last 4 years in case there is any debt.

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. Said property cannot be visited nor can it be mortgaged for its purchase, so the purchaser must have sufficient liquidity for its purchase.
