All costs of the public sale and those derived from the cancellation of charges, as well as debts that, if applicable, encumber the property, such as, and not limited to, community fees and property tax (IBI), will be borne by the successful bidder. The law requires the successful bidder to bring up to date the community and IBI taxes for the last 4 years if there is any debt.
