The acquisition of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively through an auction assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it currently is, and there is no possibility of direct sale.

All costs of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if any, burden the property, such as, and not exhaustively, community fees and property tax (IBI), will be the responsibility of the adjudicator. The law requires the winner to bring up to date the community charges and IBI for the last 4 years if there is any debt.

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. This property cannot be visited and cannot be mortgaged for its purchase, therefore the purchaser must have sufficient liquidity for the purchase.
