What is an auction assignment? The acquisition of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively through an auction assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it currently resides, with no possibility of direct sale.

All costs of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if applicable, encumber the property, such as, non-exhaustively, community fees and IBI (property tax) will be borne by the adjudicator. (The law requires the adjudicator to bring up to date the community and IBI for the last 4 years if there is a debt)

The occupational status of the property is unknown. The said property cannot be visited and cannot be mortgaged for its purchase, so the buyer must have sufficient liquidity for the purchase.
