To opt for the purchase of this development, the following payment method is proposed to the investor:
- 30% at the initial moment (signing of the reservation contract).
- 30% halfway through the process
- and the remaining amount of the sale price at the time of delivery of the development.

The property is delivered without a kitchen or furniture; there is the option to have it delivered with a complete kitchen with appliances for an additional €5,000 plus VAT and with complete furniture according to the plan for €7,000 plus VAT. The square meters are approximate as it is in the project phase and may be subject to modifications.

There is the possibility of "turnkey delivery," which consists of the option to deliver the furnished properties to the investor, rented (with "Safe Rental" insurance) and with an approximate return of 7%.

The buyer will incur an additional cost of 2.5% plus VAT of the final sale price, with a minimum of €3,500 plus VAT, for the management, advisory, and formalization service of the purchase process, plus 10% VAT for being new construction. This amount is not included in the published sale price.

Buyer's Agency Fees: 2% of the final sale price plus 21% VAT (with a minimum of €3,500 plus 21% VAT).
Property Transfer Tax (ITP): The applicable tax rate in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia will be applied (generally 7%, without prejudice to reduced rates of 3.5%, 1.2%, or 1% applicable depending on the buyer's personal circumstances or the characteristics of the property). The tax is levied on the Reference Value of the Cadastre or the sale price, whichever is higher.
Management Fees (Gestoría): The fees for administrative processing, tax settlement, and registration amount to approximately [600] € (VAT included).
