The coast’s largest building is only a few kilometres from the area (CC Benidorm).

Nearby you will find a well-known spa resort, Asia Gardens, a Michelin restaurant, and several golf courses within a few kilometres, such as the Melia Villaitana Golf Club. One of Spain’s most famous vineyards, Enrique Mendoza, is located outside Benidorm, about 10 minutes away, and offers wine tastings throughout the year.

There is also a theme park, Terra Mitica, and a water park, Aqualandia, nearby, which attract a large amount of tourism and visitors each year. Events in Benidorm include, for example, the annual Low Festival and the popular cabaret shows with dinner at Benidorm Palace.
