The apartment is a modern roomy attico (penthouse) apartment in an excellent securely gated, seaside location with beautiful tranquil Mediterranean Ocean and Sierra Nevada mountain views from the large upper sun terrace and actually is just five minutes stroll to the lovely promenade and 350 metres away from the beach and supermarket plus there is a new Aldi supermarket approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.(shopping trolley in apartment) There is also a handy little shop just 3 minutes walk from the rear entrance of the garden area of the complex which sells fresh crusty bread, fresh milk, fruit and lots of other groceries and alcoholic beverages.
Another shop about 20 metres away sells toiletries and general cleaning products etc. There are also a couple of tapas bars on the same block right on your doorstep and lots of others and restaurants a few minutes walk away. There are bicycles for hire and a dedicated cycle lane on the lovely miles long promenade. There are lots of excursions available to attractions including the famous "mini hollywood" former film set made famous by Clint Eastwood's spaghetti westerns. The apartment is very close to the bus stop from Aquadulce and the huge Gran Plaza shopping centre the bus terminating at Los Marinas. The one to Aquadulce and Almeria is about 7 minutes walk on the other side of the road close to the first roundabout.
