The villa is a large house in the countryside, at the entrance to Chipiona, between the Rota road and the pine forest. Less than 400 meters from the greenway. The area is very quiet and safe because there are Chipiona families living throughout the year as neighbors. The house is surrounded by countryside and has two entrances, one along the paved road and along a road. On the outside of the house, we have, next to the main door, a closed garage with a small kitchen and a toilet, for the guests and when we make a barbecue with friends, so as not to have to enter the main house. In front of this garage, there is a wonderful pool, surrounded by grass. And on one side of this garage, there is the large barbeque area, with capacity for many people. Behind the barbecue are the fruit trees.

In the back of the house, there is another covered garage and a large indoor parking area.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living room with fireplace, a large bedroom (can be used like master), a bathroom and the wonderful kitchen, where we certainly have enough space to cook comfortably. The kitchen has a door that communicates to the back of the house.

On the first floor, we have three large bedrooms (large master), a bathroom, and a small room that we can use as an office, with its terrace to the field.
