Monthly rent: 1,300 € for November 2026 until April 2027. For May/June: 1,500 €, and for July/August/September: 1,800 €. For October: 1,500 €. For November/December: 1,300 €.

Deposit: 1,000 €.

Agency fee: 170 €, plus applicable VAT for each month of rent. The rent and the aforementioned costs are payable in advance.
