Seasonal rental exclusively for vacation, leisure or recreational use, from September 15 to June 15.
In the summer months the house is reserved.
The term is defined by necessity and must be able to be documented with evidence of that necessity. The search for other long-term housing is not accepted as a reason for the seasonal duration because, in that case, the real need is not temporary but long-term.
It should be noted that it is not mandatory to sign 11-month seasonal contracts. It can be a season of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and even a season of 3 years, as long as that is the real need and is validly evidenced and certified.
To prove it, it is essential to have a primary residence, proven with documentation that validates it, such as income (Model 100) if owned, or the rental contract and the latest rent receipt paid up to date if living in a rented dwelling, and the documentation that validates it.

- If three people will live in the flat, their combined net income must be 3,700 €/month.
If the above requirements are not met, personal guarantees can be provided, bank guarantees, more months of deposit as additional security, rental payment insurance (increasing the rent price to cover the cost of these insurances), etc.

This amount will be settled at the end of the contract based on actual consumption.
