The seasonal rental price is 1200 euros, which includes water consumption up to a maximum of 50 euros per month. The electricity has to be paid separately, according to the invoices. Internet via fiber optics - available.

Pets are not accepted. Financial solvency is required.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
