This luxury apartment located in the center of San Sebastian is in an elegant historic building. It is just a few meters from La Concha beach, 10 minutes away walking to the Old Town and 15 minutes to the Kursaal. There are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc nearby.

It is on the mezzanine floor of the building and there are nine stairs from the street to the apartment. In case of need there is a stairlift.

The apartment has:

A living-dining room with integrated kitchen in the same space from where you can see the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc..
The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32? flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 4 people, the couch can be converted into a comfortable double bed.

The master bedroom is exterior and has a double bed of 1.60 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a closet.

The second bedroom is also exterior and has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a closet.

There is a bathroom with disabled access with toilet and shower.

The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathroom which has modern tiles. Also, the apartment is decorated with original paintings that give it a distinction vibe.

There is free wifi and telephone with flat rate for local and national calls.

Well-behaved pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Available parking at walking distance (2 min away) at 25€/day.
