Located on an ecological farm in production, it is the perfect place to enjoy life in the countryside just a stone’s throw from all tourist places of interest. It is a family home, a holiday retreat, a refuge to enjoy the Andalusian lifestyle. Spacious, bright, equipped with all the necessary comforts today. Built between 1982 and 1985, and partially renovated in the last year. Life revolves around its large porch facing east and south, the pool and the vine area where you can protect yourself from the hot summer days. Surrounded by 800 meters of gardens for private use. With direct access to a small part of the farm of another 1,000 m2: The Fruit Garden, where you will find lemons, orange trees, custard apples, persimmons, pomegranates, olive trees, banana trees, etc. that you can enjoy for consumption during your stay.
The 150 meters of the house are distributed in two different areas. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a bedroom with a 135cm x 1.90cm bed with a modern ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower. Comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with direct access to the porch. From the living room and through eight steps you access the floor where the other three bedrooms are, equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold) and the bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Two of these bedrooms have a 150cm x190cm bed and one of them has a 135cm x190cm bed. Trying to enhance relaxation and comfort in the decoration, priority has been given to combining recovered family furniture, natural fibers, and the warmth of the wood against the white of its walls.
The pool area has an extra bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is also located. Lounger and meeting areas around the large pool where you can cool off after a day of excursion or simply a day of relaxing.
The wifi is 100 MB fiber optic.
Although there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, since the property is located in a highly protected natural area, it cannot be used from June to September; but you can use the electric grill to prepare your delicious barbecues.
Committed to the environment, we have taken some measures to reduce our footprint using solar water, LED lights, efficient appliances, a garden with optimized water consumption and a salt chlorination pool, which is very beneficial for the skin.
It has a parking area for two vehicles.
