The property is located within a very quiet complex, featuring a communal swimming pool, beautiful landscaped gardens, video surveillance, and 24-hour reception, offering an added level of comfort.

Upon entering the bungalow, you are welcomed by a spacious private terrace of approximately 20 m², equipped with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the excellent climate of the south of the island, relaxing, or sharing meals outdoors. From the terrace, through a sliding glass door, you enter the interior of the property, which stands out for its brightness and cozy atmosphere. The main area consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a chaise-longue sofa bed, coffee table, and TV unit, and also includes air conditioning for greater comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and small appliances. A practical breakfast bar with stools connects both spaces, creating a comfortable and functional environment.

The bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a mirror. Both the living room and the bedroom have windows to the outside, allowing plenty of natural light, as well as ceiling fans that help with ventilation.

The modern-style bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, vanity unit with sink, and sanitary fittings in excellent condition.

The monthly rent is €1,500, with water included and electricity included up to a maximum of €50 per month. Pets are not allowed.

Conditions: Proof of financial solvency is required, along with one month’s security deposit, the current month’s rent, and one month as an agency fee plus 7% IGIC.
