The villa is set in nearly 2000m2 of mature lush Mediterranean gardens with a large 12m x 4m pool, which can be heated. There are 3 levels to the house with the upper level consisting of 2 large king size bedrooms, one with en-suite walk in shower. There is a further twin room and 2 family bathrooms with walk in showers. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are very bright and roomy. The heart of the upper level is the spacious living room with widescreen Smart TV, Fiber optic internet and plenty of comfortable seating. The Naya (glazed terrace) looks across the valley with majestic 180 degree views, lounge seating where you can sit and read your favourite book and dining for 10 adults at the large wooden dining table. The super well equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room with large gas hob and oven, microwave and plenty of storage. Down the stairs internally from the back of the living room you find a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 king size with en-suite and a further twin with en-suite. There is a small living area with sofa and chairs. A door from this level leads directly out to the lower terrace with a huge dining table and seating for 10. There is ample lounge seating for relaxing with your favourite drink and further on along the terrace is a large fully equipped summer kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, storage and gas BBQ. Adjacent to the kitchen is a further modern walk in shower and WC for use around the pool area. This outside space is magnificent and you may not move from here for the entire holiday. Down another short flight of stairs and you arrive at the pool shaded cabana with 4 large Balinese style wooden sun loungers with cushions. Further 6 sun loungers surround the crystal blue waters of the pool. The villa is on a mountain location so a car is necessary although there is a fantastic mini market / bar and cafe only a 15 minute walk away but up and down a steep hill. This villa is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed. The villa is offered on flexible terms from the end of October to the end of May, either for the full term or for a shorter term.
