Located close to all amenities, including leisure centres, shopping areas, supermarkets, pharmacies, within walking distance of the tennis centre and golf course, and 10 minutes from the motorway.

The bungalow stands out for its outdoor areas, offering a private terrace with plants all around, with tables and chairs to enjoy family gatherings, and an area for sun loungers. There is also another part of the terrace which is covered, where there are sofas and terrace tables, and a washing machine area.

As soon as we enter the plot, we find a large terrace (60m2), where we have all the ingredients for meals and other activities enjoying the good weather in the islands. As soon as we go inside we find the kitchen, where we have a large dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all electrical appliances (including dishwasher). To the right we have the living room, with a sofa bed with two pouffes, and a piece of furniture with drawers and shelves for the TV. From the living room we access the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and a small dressing table. The bathroom is fully furnished with toilet, washbasin and a large modern shower.
