Seasonal rental exclusively starting from 2026.
To schedule a visit, it will be essential to certify the reason for temporality with documentation that validates it.
Temporality is defined by the need and must be proven with documentation that substantiates that need. The search for other long-term housing cannot be accepted as a reason for temporality because in that case the real need is not temporary, but long-term.
We clarify that it is not mandatory to sign 11-month seasonal contracts. It can be a season of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and even a season of 3 years, as long as that is the real need and is validly evidenced and certified.
To prove it, it is essential to have a main residence, preferably owned, validated with documentation such as income (form 100) if owned, or the rental contract and the latest rent receipt if living in a rented property, and the documentation that validates the reason for that temporary move to this residence, whether for studies, work, holidays, etc.
Duplex:
Ground floor:
Dining room, kitchen, study room, terrace, toilet, storeroom (The storeroom will not be usable).
First floor:
Double bedroom with balcony, single bedroom, dressing room, full bathroom with shower.
IBI costs included.
Utilities (electricity, water, gas) not included. They must be paid according to consumption.
It is necessary to have documentation that justifies the following minimum incomes if the season is not paid in full in advance:
- If the apartment will be occupied by a single person, they must have net income of €2,700/month;
- If two people will live in the apartment, their combined net income must be €3,300/month;
- If three people will live in the apartment, their combined net income must be €3,900/month;
If the above requirements are not met, personal guarantees, bank guarantees, additional months of security deposit, non-payment insurance (increasing the rent price to cover the cost of these insurances), etc., can be provided.
Employee documentation:
- Copy of ID card.
- Employment contract.
- Last 3 payslips.
- Latest income tax return (form 100).
- Current life credit report.
Self-employed documentation:
- Copy of ID card.
- Latest income tax return (form 100).
- Modelo 303 Tax Return for the current year.
- Modelo 130 Tax Return for the current year.
- Current life credit report.
Contract conditions:
- 2 months’ security deposit;
- Current month (or full season, depending on agreement).
- Agency fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- 100€ + VAT: ITP registration.
- Utilities deposit: A deposit of €50 for each month of contract and for each individual utility (e.g., electricity, water, gas) will be requested.
This amount will be settled at the end of the contract based on actual consumption.
Visiting hours: Flexible.
