Seasonal rental exclusively starting in September.

To schedule a visit, it will be essential to certify the reason for the temporary stay with documentation that validates it.

The temporality is defined by the need and must be supported by documentation that proves that need. The search for other long-term housing is not accepted as a reason for temporality because in that case, the real need is not temporary, but long-term.
We clarify that it is not mandatory to make seasonal contracts of 11 months. It can be a season of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or even a season of 3 years, as long as that is the real need and is validly accredited and certified.

To prove it, it is essential to have a permanent residence, preferably owned, validated with documentation such as the income tax return (model 100) if it is owned, or the rental contract and the last rent receipt up to date if living in a rented property, and the documentation that validates the reason for the temporary move to this property, whether for studies, work, vacations, etc.

Duplex:

Ground floor:
Dining room, kitchen, office room, terrace, toilet, storage room (The storage room will not be usable).

1st floor:
Double bedroom with balcony, single bedroom, dressing room, full bathroom with shower.

IBI expenses included.
Electricity, water, and gas expenses not included. They must be paid according to actual consumption.

It is necessary to have documentation that justifies the following minimum income if the full season is not paid in advance:

- If only one person will live in the apartment, they must have a net income of €2,700/month;
- If two people will live in the apartment, they must have a net income (between the two) of €3,300/month;
- If three people will live in the apartment, they must have a net income (between the three) of €3,900/month;

If the above requirements are not met, personal guarantees, bank guarantees, additional months of deposit as additional security, rental default insurance (increasing the rent price to cover the cost of these insurances), etc., can be provided.

Documentation for employees:
- Copy of ID.
- Employment contract.
- Last 3 payslips.
- Last income tax return (model 100)
- Current labor life report.

Documentation for self-employed:
- Copy of ID.
- Last income tax return (model 100).
- Model 303 Tax Agency for the current year.
- Model 130 Tax Agency for the current year.
- Current labor life report.

Contract conditions:
- 2 months deposit;
- Agency fees:
- For contracts of duration equal to or less than 6 months: 20% of the total amount of the contracted period + VAT with a minimum of €250 + VAT.
- For contracts of duration longer than 6 months: 10% of the total amount of the contracted period + VAT with a minimum of €250 + VAT.
- Current month (or full season, as agreed).
- €105 + VAT: ITP registration.
- Supply deposit: A deposit of €50 will be requested for each month of the contract and for each individual supply (e.g., electricity, water, gas).
This amount will be adjusted at the end of the contract based on actual consumption.
