The hallway leads to the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (large refrigerator, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, and microwave) and its doors and design are of high quality, with an elegant style and fine noble wood. A cozy little corner, next to the old bread-making table, makes it easy to have breakfast or meals inside the house on cool days.

The bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink, and it also has a washing machine.

The patio offers outdoor space, with a masonry bench dressed in slate, terrace furniture, and a fixed barbecue.

There is direct access to the house by car and public parking spaces are very close. The Las Lagunas neighborhood has no services and does not offer a bus stop. Having a car is essential.
