The apartment is located on the ground floor, right in front of the communal pool. Access to the property is through a private 9m² terrace, where there are tables and chairs (facing the pool). There is a second entrance to the property from the opposite end of the apartment.

The apartment is spacious and bright, fully furnished and recently renovated. It consists of a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a terrace.

As we enter through the second entrance, we first find the bedroom on the right-hand side. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a small study desk, and a television mounted on the wall. Continuing down the hallway, we find the bathroom. A modern bathroom with toilet, sink, and a large shower tray, where we also find the washing machine. At the end of the hallway, we reach the living room and kitchen. On the right-hand side, we have the living room, which consists of a large sofa bed, an armchair, a small table, and a large wall-mounted screen. On the left-hand side is the kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), and a small dining area. From the living room, a sliding door leads to the terrace with views of the communal pool.

The apartment comes equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room.

The complex is very well cared for and maintained, with garden areas, communal pool, reception area, and a gym area for all users.

Pets are not allowed.

Rental price: €1,900.00 per month. Water, electricity and internet included in the price.

Conditions: Demonstrable financial solvency required, one month as deposit, current month, and one month as professional agency fee + 7% IGIC.
