Walking to town, but hidden in nature on a mountain with beautiful views of the countryside, this farm offers relaxation for 6 guests. The two-story house is accessed from the parking and pool area. There is a bicycle at guests' disposal to go buy fresh bread for breakfast. The farm has fruit trees available to enjoy freshly picked fruit. There are also chickens and the possibility of collecting fresh eggs. On the ground floor there is the equipped kitchen, separate living room and dining room. On the day of entry you will find a welcome pack from the owner with a bottle of wine with ensaimada, the typical Mallorcan dessert. On the first floor there is another living room with a balcony and a terrace and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For fun you have at your disposal a pingpong table, and the 6.5x3.5m pool (depth 1.20-2.10m) with the sun lounger area in the shade. It has open views of the countryside and mountains from the pool area and from the bedrooms. The town of Santa Margalida is a town with a lot of Mallorcan authenticity that lives all year round. There is easy access to the beaches of Playa de Muro or Can Picafort (about 7-10 minutes by car). Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed upon request. There is parking on the premises for 4 cars. A cot and high chair are provided upon request. Notes: 4000€/month with extra costs.
