The apartment is just 7 minutes from Puerto Rico Beach and about 10 minutes from the Puerto Rico Shopping Centre and bus station. It is conveniently located close to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and more.

The complex is well maintained, with landscaped areas and a communal swimming pool.

The studio is fully furnished and ready to move into. It includes a living room with kitchen area, sleeping zone, bathroom, and a semi-covered balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a fully fitted bathroom with toilet, washbasin, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. Next is the sleeping area, separated by a partition, with two single beds, a nightstand, and a built-in wardrobe with shelving.

Descending three small steps, you enter the living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed for guests and a small TV unit. In the corner near the balcony is the kitchen, fitted and equipped with basic appliances (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee makers, and full kitchenware).

Finally, you step out onto the semi-covered balcony, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony features a small dining area with armchairs, as well as storage furniture with drawers and shelves. The space can be shaded with a retractable awning.

Requirements: Proof of financial solvency is required. One month’s deposit, one month’s rent, and one month’s agency fee + 7% IGIC must be paid at the start of the contract.
