It is rented to people with a permanent job with a payroll or demonstrable solvency. To move in, payment of 1 month’s rent + 1 month legal deposit + 1 month agency fee (+ VAT) is required.

And what job do they have exactly, annual job with payrolls? Self-employed? We need this information so that the owner can give us an appointment to see it.
