It has its own private entrance in the courtyard with a private parking and a private garden. Very independent and spacious. Ideal for one or two persons.

This property has its own fenced garden. Swimming pool and pool terrace and other terraces are shared. There are 3 cats that run free around our two acres property. They may come and visit. Please do not feed them because I like to keep their feeding space away from the rental areas and please don't let them enter the apartment. There is also a friendly dog living in the property. He, most likely, stays more with me but he may come and say hello to you. This is an ideal space for someone working from home. Yoga classes available. Free use of mountain bike. Sauna on premises.

The apartment is very independent. Secure and ideal for a long stay. Guests have their private parking. 1 car. The access is through a gate on the east side of the land where the property is situated.

Electricity and gas are extra. Electricity is charged at 0.26 céntimos kWh. You can buy your own gas bottle in the near shop.
Internet and water are included.

This rental is subject to a seasonal lease contract for use other than your usual residential address.

Please also note:
Swimming pool is solar heated. It does a good job in middle season keeping temperature over 18° but it doesn't really heat the water in winter when only a few hours of sun.

Rental cost starts from €750 to €1000 per month depending on length, number of people and season.
Minimum 1 month maximum 11 months let.
