Ideal nomad winter let. About a mile away from the village of Almogia and 30 km from the airport. Independent and quiet apartment. Share solar heated 8x4 swimming pool. Free parking for one car. Morning yoga classes available. Sauna (extra cost) and Mountain bikes (free) available to use.

This apartment is part of an estate that includes 5 apartments and the owner accommodation. Each apartment is prized for one person and accommodate a maximum of two persons. You share a 8x4 solar heated swimming pool. The apartment includes a fitted kitchen with dining and sitting room in a ample space, a toilet with shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
Guests have there private parking. The access is through a gate on the east side of the land where the property is situated.
Please note that no paying guests of guests are not allowed in the property.

Other things to note
Electricity is charged at 0.26 cents kWh. Gas you can buy yourself locally. Very good wifi speed and water included.

This rental is subject to a seasonal lease contract for use other than your usual residential address

Please note
Swimming pool is solar heated. It does a good job in middle season keeping temperature over 18° but it doesn't really heat the water in winter when only a few hours of sun.

Great place for long term stays. Nice shared pool area and beautiful surroundings with good bicycle and hiking routes nearby. Room was quiet which is important for me as a light sleeper. Recommended! Walking to Almogia to the nearest store and bus stop takes about 15-20 minutes.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was even nicer than in the photos not only indoors but also the outdoor areas, which were a wonderful surprise. Everything was great. The internet connection was excellent, making it perfect for working online in such lovely surroundings. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even better. I can’t recommend it enough!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Almogia, Spain, and it was an absolute delight—easily a 10/10 experience that exceeded all my expectations.
The property boasts an amazing yoga studio that's perfect for starting your day with some mindful practice, set in a truly peaceful environment that feels like a serene escape from the world. The great pool was a highlight for relaxing afternoons, and the fast WiFi made it seamless for remote work, which was crucial during my longer stay.
What really stood out was the balance of community and solitude: interactions with other guests were fun and effortless, yet there was plenty of privacy whenever I needed to recharge. The host, Georgio, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering spot-on local recommendations that helped me discover hidden gems around town.

Before I say anything else I have to say: Thank you Giorgio!
I've stayed at Giorgio's little Kingdom for over a month and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had with AirBnB. I had a great time.
The apartment itself is very well equipped for long term stays and has everything you'd ever need. The apartment was clean, cozy and I felt right at home when I got there.
The facilities you get to use were an amazing bonus: You get to use the patio with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the sun, the pool to cool off and the Yoga room for exercise.
But the thing that made this stay for me a great experience was the host: Giorgio.
He's quite the character with a lot of wisdom to share if you wish to engage him in conversation. We did several Yoga sessions together, exercised together and shared some good laughs. If there is ever anything you'd need, he'll be right there to help you with anything!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Giorgio’s retreat in nature!

I had a fantastic 5 weeks stay at Giorgio's. The apartment was even better than described.
Really nice, easy 15 minute walk down the road, surrounded by countryside, into the lovely town of Almogia, with a couple of great tapas places.
The retreat has a great pool and loads of secluded terraces to relax and enjoy the sun.
Giorgio is an excellent host. I encourage you to take him up on the offer of yoga and meditation classes, he's an excellent (and patient) teacher.
If you want to 'get away from it all and wind down', I cannot recommend Giorgios's place highly enough.
I will hopefully be back again soon.

I was there for a month and my stay was simple, peaceful and restorative. Great place for the solo traveller, there are other guests around, and Maestro the dog to fuss over, and Amore the cat to cuddle, but very easy to have solitude and privacy too. The apartments are set amongst lovely gardens and raised sun terraces, with access to a swimming pool. The apartment was clean, well equiped, with a private garden and made for comfortable living. Almogia is a short walk away and is somewhere to explore. I got the bus to Malaga several times, there's plenty to see and do there. I enjoyed walking with hiking routes, dramatic scenery and lots of nature as soon as you leave your apartment. Giorgio was a brilliant host, he is a skilled Yogi and provides excellent yoga every week in his lovely studio and has inspired me to do more in self care. He is around, but respectful of your privacy, a warm and friendly person who makes sure you are okay and your stay is going well.

Highly recommended! I stayed her for a month and loved it. Giorgio is an amazing host, doing his upmost to make you feel at home. It is a perfect place when you are traveling on your own and for longer stays. All the privacy you want, but also if you feel like it, meeting up with other guests. The apartment has all you need with a very comfortable sofa and wood burner. Lovely terraces. Even in December I loved using the swimming pool. Giorgio organizes yoga and meditation sessions, but nothing is compulsory of course. I felt very welcome, had great chats with Giorgio and other guests. I explored the whole area that is great for road cycling, MTB and hiking. I also liked Almogia, only a 15 minute walk away and a typical, not touristic, southern Spanish little town. Malaga centre only 25 minutes drive away and there is a bus connection. Tip: do a guided cycling tour, mine was great. I definitely hope to get back to Giorgio's little paradise.

Giorgio's welcoming, responsive, & respectful hosting & place were perfect for what I wanted: a secluded quiet home for a month-long stay — part working sabbatical & part personal/spiritual retreat. I wanted something remote but walkable to grocery shopping & bus to the city (Malaga) as I didn't have a car. In the mountains but also near historic & cultural sites (Cordoba, Ronda & Grenada). A place for long walks & communing with nature, since I live normally in the middle of NYC. Rustic yet with art, design & style. The apt is beautifully humble, yet spacious with bedroom, living area, kitchen & table/desk. Plenty of room to lay out all my work stuff. The wifi & cell service excellent. And a private patio just outside. Best of all was Giorgio's yoga classes: 90 minutes 2X/week. He is an excellent teacher, especially for a beginner. The meditation & yoga studio in the common area is very nice and he is now adding a workout mini-gym and a reading room. And there are guest bicycles!

Прекрасное место для отдыха.очень красивое и тихое.рядом деревня,где можно купить необходимые продукты.недалеко есть ферма,где делают очень вкусный сыр из козьего молока.2 раза в неделю проходят занятия йогой по желанию,медитации,есть велосипеды.замечательный хозяин, который делает пребывание комфортным.благодарю за чудесное пространство,в котором чувствуешь себя как дома и исцеляешься.сюда хочется вернуться снова

He pasado 7 días maravillosos, un entorno bello y tranquilo, potente conexión a internet, tuve que realizar vídeo llamadas y no hubo ningún problema. El apartamento es perfecto, cuidado y limpio, dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, la piscina da gusto, siempre limpia.
Giorgio es una persona de gran corazon, creativo, muy divertido y siempre surge algún momento para poder charlar de temas interesantes. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Lugar muy agradable y acogedor para desconectar, con amplio espacio tanto fuera como dentro del apartamento, incluida la piscina y alrededores, en un pueblo de la montaña muy bonito y apartado, gran trato del propietario del alojamiento, con mucha confianza y siempre atento a cualquier problema o necesidad que tuviéramos.
No tuvimos ningún problema durante toda la estancia, estuvimos 1 semana y media, nos pareció que podrías estar en el lugar durante meses y meses y no te ibas a aburrir.
El dormitorio muy confortable, salón y cocina muy acogedor, y baño con todo lo necesario, repetiría el mismo lugar sin pensarlo.
El dueño una persona fantástica facilitando nuestra estancia.

Le doy muy buena valoración a los 14 días de estancia. Buscaba un lugar con el que estar tranquilo, fuera de ruidos, con mi perro y este sitio fue un acierto. Quería destacar a Giorgio, una persona encantadora y servicial, me ha tratado como un colega y además de hacerme el favor de cuidar a mi perro diariamente desde muy temprano por motivos laborales. Además tiene a su compañero fiel, Maestro, que es un perro adorable y noble. Sobre la casa está bastante bien ya que es reformada recientemente, con el cual cuenta con un patio privado, para mí fue un detalle a destacar. No olvidar que también tiene piscina comunitaria, la cual se agradece en esta época tan calurosa. Sinceramente, no descarto repetir algún día, puesto que el tema vivienda en Málaga está fatal. En definitiva, mis dieces.
