In the Taidía neighborhood, 10 minutes by car from the village of Santa Lucía and 40 minutes to Vecindario, at an altitude of 811 meters above sea level, lies this unique property.

The dwelling dates from the early 20th century, with thick stone walls, a stunning high four-water roof covered in wood on the inside and still with old Canary tiles on the roof, doors 2.70 m high made of pine wood, some rooms with wooden floors, others with a beautiful old hydraulic floor, with high windows and old wooden shutters... undoubtedly a jewel of an old Canary house seeking new tenants who are careful and lovers of antiques.

The old dwelling consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a tall and wide living room, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a dressing room. In front of the old house, past the porch, is the kitchen and another full bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, added rooms made of cement blocks from about 40 years ago.

In front of the entire length of the old house is a porch and a large terrace-patio that allows you to relax in the shade, as well as to look for your place in a hammock sunbathing. This place also offers total privacy.
Stone benches that allow placing many plant pots and flowers will remind you of a beautiful Canarian patio, a typical Canarian water pila, an old wood-fired oven are details that decorate and complement this place of pure Canary essence.

Apart from the dwelling and its large porch/terrace, the property has a garden and land with fruit trees, whose care and maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant, with support from the owners.

Access to this dwelling is direct and you can park right in front of it, however there is a narrow small slope to climb. Some people prefer to park in public parking under the property and walk the 50 m uphill, while others dare to go up in their vehicle.

Taidia is a small and quiet village perched on the mountains, under a natural palm grove, with a beautiful small church and square and many old country houses, a zone of tranquility and nature, however it does not have services or a bus line to reach. A vehicle is essential to live in this picturesque place.

Rent does not include water, electricity or internet. There is fiber optic. A pet is allowed.
