The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, and microwave.

From the kitchen-dining room you go outside via another 5 steps. There is direct car access and nearby public parking possibilities.

The property is rented only for non-tourist seasonal stays (between 2 to 1 months of stay). The rental price includes water and electricity charges. There is the possibility of contracting fiber optic. A small pet up to 7 kg is allowed.
