Cambalud is a neighborhood and hamlet located in the municipality of Firgas, situated halfway between Arucas and Firgas on the GC-300 road. Characterized by its agricultural and scenic environment in the midlands, it stands out for its whitish clay hills, banana plantations, and proximity to important water infrastructures such as the Presa de la Marquesa, essential for irrigating the area's crops. The population of the area has grown, evolving from a hamlet to a neighborhood, while maintaining a rural and quiet character, with all basic services and bus lines to Firgas and Arucas.
In this rural nucleus is the property we present: an attic in a three-family house with two floors and a garage in the basement.
From the garage, a wide staircase leads up to the second floor, where the attic is located, consisting of the following rooms:
From the terrace, through a sliding glass door, you access the living-dining-kitchen area, which offers spectacular views over the banana plantations to the sea in the background. It is a spacious and very bright room, with a new kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave-oven. The space also includes a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, a sofa, and a desk that provide both a resting place and a workspace.
Going up about four steps leads to the bedroom and bathroom area. The main bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) with pine wood headboards, as well as its wardrobe. The second, smaller bedroom has a single bed of 0.90 x 1.90 m and a corner with shelves that ensure space for storing clothes and other belongings.
Both bedrooms communicate, through sliding doors, with the only full bathroom in the house (with a shower) and with a dressing area with a wardrobe. This entire resting area features wooden ceilings, doors, and windows, giving the home a more rustic and cozy touch.
From this area, there is also access to a small balcony, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning while taking in the views and tranquility of the surroundings.
In front of the attic, there is a space currently decorated with plants, but which could also be set up as a terrace with outdoor furniture.
On the same floor, although somewhat more secluded, there is also a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, shared with the other residents of the building. Additionally, the property has a large communal solarium/terrace where you can sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the views.
Moreover, there is the possibility of having a small plot of land to create a garden, if that is the tenant's desire. The monthly cost would be agreed upon separately.
In the garage, there are several parking spaces, one of which is designated for the tenants of this attic.
To reserve or move into the property, a payment of two months' rent is required: one month as a deposit and the first month’s rent. Water and electricity costs are included in the price (electricity with a cap of 70 euros). A small pet of up to 5 kg is allowed, provided it is well-behaved and calm. Fiber optic internet is available nearby.
