Cambalud is a neighborhood and small village located in the municipality of Firgas, situated halfway between Arucas and Firgas along the GC-300 road. Characterized by its agricultural and scenic environment in the midlands, it stands out for its whitish clay hills, banana plantations, and proximity to important water infrastructures such as the Presa de la Marquesa, essential for irrigating the area's crops. The community has grown in population, evolving from a small village to a neighborhood, while maintaining a rural and tranquil character, with all basic services and bus lines to Firgas and Arucas.
In this rural area is the property we present: a first floor in a three-family home with two floors and a garage in the basement.
Ascending from the garage via a wide and open staircase—where future tenants will have their parking space—we reach the upper floor, where there is a large open patio with a wide variety of plants and flowers.
This patio connects two homes: on one side, the former residence of the owners, and on the other, another built about five years ago, a spacious and elegant single-story house, with a balcony and fantastic views of the sea, the banana plantations, and the surrounding mountains, as well as the well-known “Presa de la Marquesa.”

The decorative items shown in the images will not be part of the rental property. What is included in the rental is the use of a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, as well as a large solarium with loungers on the building's rooftop.
Additionally, there is the possibility of having a small plot of land to create a garden, should the tenant wish. The monthly cost would be agreed separately.
The owners of the building—which consists of three homes, including a penthouse—only occasionally visit their country house for a few days and fully respect the privacy and space of their tenants.
