The house is available as a rental during the summer of 2026 the property has two bedrooms and two small en-suite bathrooms with showers, with a lounge on the first floor. A kitchen diner on the ground floor which leads to a sunny south facing garden with a covered dining area with views of the swimming pool and garden.

The location is a quiet street in the village which is only a two minute walk to the main plaza of the village and just a ten minute walk to the train station in Sant Maria del Cami.

The property is a traditional stone village house with a walled garden which overlooks the countryside on the edge of the village.

The property has air conditioning in the principal bedroom on the first floor, an ADSL connection and is furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped but the tenant must provide their own bed linen and towels. The monthly bills are ADSL, electricity and water. A deposit of two months’ rent is required to secure the contract.

The owner doesn’t normally accept pets but has done with a security deposit and only if pet is registered and chipped.
