The home has 70 m² perfectly laid out, with three exterior bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and functional furniture, designed for restful living without giving up natural light. The dining living room opens onto the terrace and is integrated with the kitchen, creating a comfortable, practical, and very welcoming space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and extractor hood. The bathroom, which is complete, has a shower tray and an electric water heater.

Everything in the home is oriented towards the outside, towards the sea, towards the light. But if there’s one feature that defines this house, it is its corner terrace—spacious and open—where you truly live the summer: unhurried breakfasts, long lunches, and warm nights when time seems to stand still.

Located in the maritime district of Xilxes, one of the calmest areas on the south coast of Castellón, where the low-rise buildings—no more than two storeys—prevent overcrowding and preserve that serene atmosphere that is increasingly hard to find. The building, from 2003, has only four neighbours, and the property is on a second floor with no lift.

Just a few metres away you’ll find two beaches with Blue Flag status. The one in the North Zone (Les Cases), with soft sand, protected by breakwaters, and with a distinctive wooden viewpoint that always identifies the Xilxes coastline and extends out into the sea. And the one in the South Zone (El Cerezo), a wonderfully equipped and exquisitely renovated beach this very May 2026, accessible and designed for enjoying long days in its clear waters and very fine sand.
