The tenant can use all the facilities of the complex: swimming pool, jacuzzi, bars and restaurants. The price is €1,500 per month, with electricity and water included up to €100 per month. Internet is included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

* To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
