It is rented to people with a permanent job and a demonstrable salary or financial solvency. To move in, the amount of 2.5 monthly payments must be paid, corresponding to: 1 month’s rent, 1 month legal deposit and half a month agency fee (+ VAT). Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.
