Rental conditions
- Minimum stay: 32 days.
- June monthly rent: €1,400 (check prices for other periods and durations).
- Mandatory deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent.
- Utilities and consumption are not included in the rental price and will be billed separately according to usage, as set out in the terms of the contract.
- Mandatory final cleaning (includes sheets and towels): €80.

Brokerage fees
The management and brokerage fees payable by the tenant are 10% of the total amount of the signed contract, plus VAT, in accordance with the temporary nature of the rental, and are not included in the price.
