The house has two bathrooms, one full indoor bathroom and one outdoor toilet. The living-dining room is spacious, very bright, and cozy, and has both air conditioning and a fireplace.

The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and everything necessary for daily life. In addition, the property has a pantry, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and WiFi connection.

This is a spacious, very sunny, and well-distributed property, located just 4 minutes from the village of San José and very close to some of the best beaches on the island, making it an ideal option for enjoying a comfortable and peaceful stay.
