Our agency presents for rent a newly renovated bungalow located in a quiet complex near the Faro II shopping center.
Available from September 2026 for 6-10 months. Includes water, electricity and Internet costs. No pets allowed. It has a capacity for 3 people.
The bungalow consists of a terrace with views of the garden and the community pool of the complex, a spacious and bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, an attic on the upper part and a complete bathroom with a shower.
Close to service areas such as supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, taxis, shopping centers, and a short drive from the beach.
Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs will be borne by the landlord.
This legislation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than residential, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal rental agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
Obligation to comply with current regulations applicable to short-term leases, established in Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23, which regulates the Single Registry of Leases procedure and creates the Digital Single Window for Leases, as well as in Order VAU/1560/2025, of December 22, which approves the information form for short-term leases. According to these regulations, the information form for short-term leases, corresponding to each category and type of lease, must be submitted annually, containing information on the activity carried out during the previous year.
