I am Ana Villa, founder of Maisons de Mer. I work exclusively with new-build and renovated properties on the Costa Blanca and the Costa Cálida, in the provinces of Alicante and Murcia. I am Spanish, from the region, so I have in-depth knowledge of the areas, developers and properties, and I work mainly with an international clientele, whose expectations and purchasing processes I understand very well.
I will accompany you throughout the entire process, as well as advise you on everything that truly makes the difference: surroundings, lifestyle, restaurants, rental potential, legal and financial issues, etc.
