Pedersen Real Estate stands for trust, experience, and a genuine passion for property in Spain.
We are Pascale and Yasmin Pedersen – a dedicated family business based on the Costa Blanca. After many successful years in the real estate industry in Germany, we established our own office in Spain to help clients make their dream of living under the Mediterranean sun come true.
Today, we are well established along the entire Costa Blanca, offering a wide range of properties – from stylish apartments and modern new builds to exclusive luxury villas. We also feature a growing portfolio of premium properties on Mallorca.
Thanks to our international network, we also manage select luxury projects, such as Brabus Island in Abu Dhabi – a reflection of our global reach and commitment to excellence.
